TA|Insights | Chapter Eight | New-Water Challenge | Oz Holness

1st March 2020

Every angler is faced with the challenge of a new water in their lives, and it can be tricky to get your head round. We tasked former British record holder, Oz Holness, with just that, targeting a brand-new venue for him, Thorney Weir’s Mets Lake. This was way out of Oz’s comfort zone, as most of his angling takes place on big fish venues, where a handful of bites a season would be a great result! It wasn’t an easy ride, with lots of tweaking and tinkering on show live for the cameras before he gets it right and in style too.
