Dan Wildbore began his angling path on the match scene with his brother Jake, making their mark in and around the Oxford day ticket venues at an early age. Catching many scaley old carp between them, they soon learned the art of fishing those pressured and tricky waters.

Enjoying all aspects of angling life, Dan has worked within the industry for some time. That work has enabled him to meet many anglers on a wide variety of waters both home and abroad.

His role in media and marketing for Sticky Baits finds Dan travelling tirelessly around the country, gaining a wealth of experience both filming and photographing some of the countries most prestigious and beautiful carp.

With a busy work schedule, his personal angling is limited to mainly short sessions which he chooses to spend on a handful of quiet syndicates, where he goes about his business with ruthless efficiency, catching some old, historic carp along the way.
